Stanislav Vadrna is the Executive Chef de Bar of Red Monkey Group, which was founded in 1999. Red Monkey Group is a leader in the east European bar and restaurant industry, based on its sophisticated gastronomy and innovative horeca consultancy services. He has developed the award winning bar concept of Paparazzi ristorante & cocktail bar. Stanislav's long term mission is the rejuvenation of professional bartender status and redefining global bar industry standards with his Ichigo-Ichie based philosophy. Stanislav is also director of Bar Magazine – Thinking About The Drinking and principal of his own School of Mixology and Bartending. He grew up in Slovakia, where he still lives with his wife Jasmine.
