He has set up a host of award winning bars and restaurants including Oloroso and The Hallion Club, and been invited to travel all over the world to talk about rum, whisky and of course, gin. Craig has worked with many brands and including the following Absolut, Highland Park, Ketel One, Wyborowa, Skyy, Tanqueray, Xante,   Zubrowka and Martin Millers Gin.
