John has managed one of the world's most infamous cocktail bars 'LAB' (London Academy of Bartending) and is the founder of 'Bar Total'. John is highly noted for his entertaining and informative seminars and is currently travelling to every part of the globe spreading the word of Cachaca to the masses.
