With now over sixteen years experience working in different hotels and bars throughout the world, Sean Muldoon has established a very definite reputation as Ireland's pre-eminent cocktail authority.

Aged 16, fresh out of school and debating his future in the education system, Steven Pattison landed a job at his local wine and spirit store in Belfast, to keep himself occupied through the summer months. Being so young he was unable to actually serve behind a counter but instead worked on his bottle to shelf co-ordination. Little did he know that he'd soon discover an insatiable passion and fascination for the wine and spirits world.

His future vocation was discovered after several years of hard graft at his local store, which won best wine and spirit outlet in the country several times. Along with being regarded as the spirit library for both the trade and the public, he decided to move on and start working more closely with the trade itself. The opportunities that arose from his new position at the up and coming supplier 'Drinks Inc' were vast and he engulfed himself in the business learning new ideas and directions from owner Paul Camplisson.

The enthusiasm that he holds for both liquid and design has enabled him to help create new ideas within the Drinks Inc Group including the highly acclaimed 'Bar Library Vol I - II' along with managing 'Definitive Mix - Cocktail Events', part of the Drinks Inc Group. Steven is also co-founder of the now famous 'Connoisseurs Club' highly regarded by the drinks Industry. Drinks Inc is known as the ultimate route to market in Ireland for premium brands and niche products. Education is of the utmost importance to the company's philosophy, which now enables Steven to host talks on brands and categories to bartenders and eager members of the public on a regular basis.

Steven is currently found juggling his love of the industry into the small hours of the morning between writing, teaching and selling along with helping to create some of the finest cocktails at the country's most exclusive events.

His eagerness to help push the industry forward finds him in another role with 'ifoods.tv'. Alongside Niall Harbison regarded by many as Irelands most promising Chef, he discusses the matching of food and drink, along with over 250 cocktails for exclusive distribution with ifoods.tv. The breath of fresh air that Steven brings to the drinks and hospitality industry is undeniable as his youth and passion for what he does shines through!

The hard graft and effort that Steven has put into the industry has recently seen him recognised by the prestigious industry magazine 'Theme' which presented him with an 'Outstanding Contribution to the Irish Drinks Industry' awarded earlier this year.
